Hello, and welcome to Phoenix Counselling.

I am a fully qualified and insured senior counsellor/psychotherapist based in Worcestershire working with adults, children and young people. I am a registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), Accredited Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), Accredited member of the Children and Young People’s Therapist register and work to their ethical standards.
I offer you a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts and feelings, understand your patterns of behaviour, find coping strategies and ultimately feel more empowered and in control of your life.
